Our Story
My name is Jotesha Williams and I am the Owner of Elite Residential Care, LLC.
I worked as a CNA for about 12 years and found so much joy and appreciation in this field of work. My dream has always been to open my own facility. I hope to bring joy to seniors in a smaller setting and make sure they know that there are people who love and care for them.
I've started many businesses with none being my true passion due to fear. I've decided not to allow my community to lack the care needed and push past my fears. My core values include Integrity, Responsibility, Leadership, and Respect.
My commitment as a leader is to love and care for others as I would
want to be love and cared for. I plan for Elite Residential Care to stand out all on its own based on the care me and my team will provide.

@Elite Residential Care we are going to move, whether it's dancing to Zumba, stretching to Yoga, Exercising, or going for a Walk. For entertainment we have field trips, movie nights, wine Wednesdays and so much more.
